Morgenrot Completes Construction of Modular AI Data Center in Kyushu

In Partnership with MIRAIT ONE. NVIDIA 60 GPUs, Now Operational

Morgenrot Inc. (Head Office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Masamichi Nakamura; hereinafter “Morgenrot”), a provider of infrastructure solutions powering the era of generative AI, in partnership with MIRAIT ONE Corporation (Head Office: Koto-ku, Tokyo; President, Co-CEO and COO: Hidemune Sugahara; hereinafter “MIRAIT ONE”), has completed construction of a modular AI data center in Kyushu region.

The modular AI data center utilizes solar power generation systems and operates as a renewable-energy-based facility. This initiative promotes local production and consumption of renewable energy and advances the global goal of decarbonization. It also responds to the rapidly growing demand for data centers, which is being driven by the increasing adoption of generative AI. The facility is equipped with NVIDIA HGX H100 and NVIDIA L40S GPUs, with a total of 60 GPUs now in full operation.

For the launch of this modular AI data center, Morgenrot worked in close partnership with MIRAIT ONE, a leading company in social infrastructure construction, leveraging the strengths of both organizations to manage every stage of the project from initial consulting, through design and construction, to operational launch.

In March 2025, Morgenrot and MIRAIT ONE entered into a business alliance to launch the “MIRAIT ONE Modular DC One-Stop Solution”, offering fully integrated services from design and construction to operation and maintenance of modular AI data centers.

Morgenrot’s strength lies not only in building modular AI data centers, but also in leveraging its technical expertise to virtualize GPU servers, enabling the provision of segmented computing resources to a wide range of users via cloud services.
