(Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director and CEO: Masamichi Nakamura; hereinafter “Morgenrot”), which holds distributed GPU-server provisioning technology; and MIRAIT ONE Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Hidemune Sugawara; hereinafter “MIRAIT ONE”), which constructs telecommunications infrastructure facilities, are pleased to announce that in March 2026 they jointly launched a green data center business that harnesses renewable energy and contributes to the government-led Watt-Bit Collaboration and the regional distribution of digital infrastructure.

The green data center business (hereinafter the “Business”) is a new data center business that aims to make the fullest use of renewable energy to build environmentally conscious, sustainable data centers and to use electricity efficiently. It was launched on the basis of a three-party agreement concluded in June 2024 for the purpose of developing green data centers and advancing their commercial deployment. Today, amid the expanding adoption of AI and a rapid rise in cloud demand, high-performance, highly reliable digital infrastructure is becoming increasingly important within Japan. From the perspectives of countering global warming and ensuring economic security, there is also strong demand for sustainable, clean data center infrastructure in Japan.

Under the Business, the two newly built data centers owned and operated by DASP — located in Ehime Prefecture and Chiba Prefecture — were developed by the DAIKI AXIS Group through repeated site selection and coordination as operational bases that support the sustainable growth of the Business. By installing facilities such as solar power generation equipment, they use renewable energy as their primary power source, working to reduce environmental impact and build sustainable digital infrastructure. For the core equipment within the data centers, installed by MIRAIT ONE, the companies have adopted high-performance GPU resources including NVIDIA’s NVIDIA HGX B200, establishing a computing foundation capable of meeting increasingly sophisticated and complex demand. Furthermore, by leveraging Morgenrot’s GPU cloud platform service “MORGENROT® Cloud Bouquet,” the Business achieves the efficient operation and stable supply of GPU resources, delivering high-quality computing-power services powered by clean electricity.

Through these measures, the Business contributes to the regional distribution of data centers via the government-led Watt-Bit Collaboration, while playing an important role in realizing a carbon-neutral society.
