Notice of Revision to Cloud Bouquet Terms of Use (Sep 14)

Thank you for using Cloud Bouquet. We would like to inform you of an upcoming update to the Cloud Bouquet Terms of Use.

A clause regarding prohibited/restricted countries and regions will be added as outlined below.

Prohibited Countries, Regions, Users, and Uses

The Service may not be used in any of the countries or regions, by any of the users, or for any of the purposes specified below.

1. Countries and Regions (Location or Origin of Access)

   Afghanistan, Belarus, Myanmar, Central African Republic, China (including Macao and Hong Kong), Democratic Republic of the Congo, Cuba, Eritrea, Haiti, Iran, Iraq, North Korea, Lebanon, Libya, Nicaragua, Russia, Somalia, South Sudan, Sudan, Syria, Venezuela, Zimbabwe, and certain regions of Ukraine (Crimea, Donetsk, and Luhansk).

2. Users (Individuals, Corporations, and Organizations)

   - Corporations or organizations whose headquarters are located in any of the countries or regions listed in Section 1 above
   - Corporations or organizations whose ultimate parent company is headquartered in any of the countries or regions listed in Section 1 above
   - Persons or entities listed on the Asset Freeze and Other Measures List or the Foreign End User List pursuant to Japan’s Foreign Exchange and Foreign Trade Act
   - Persons or entities listed on the Entity List, Denied Persons List, Military End-User List, or Unverified List under the U.S. Export Administration Regulations, including persons or entities deemed to be listed thereon
   - Persons or entities listed on the Specially Designated Nationals and Blocked Persons List administered by the U.S. Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control, including persons or entities deemed to be listed thereon

3. Uses

   - Any use that supports the development, production, operation, installation, maintenance, repair, modification, or enhancement of military items
   - Any use that supports the activities or functions of any intelligence or reconnaissance organization within the military (including the army, navy, marine corps, air force, or coast guard) or the national guard
   - Any use that supports mass surveillance of individuals or groups, including facial recognition, behavioral tracking, interception of communications, social scoring, or other methods, censorship, or any other violation, abuse, or suppression of human rights

Countries Where Data May Be Stored

As of July 31, 2026, in connection with the provision of the Service, data may be stored, processed, or transferred only in Japan.

The revised Terms of Use will take effect on September 14, 2026. We appreciate your continued support of Cloud Bouquet.
