Morgenrot’s M:CPP Applied Toward Data-intensive Environmental Analysis

 

Biota investigates microbial communities in cities and built environments. The company is working on next-generation urban design and public health projects. In this project it undertook comparative analysis of large-scale genomic data in public databases, coupled with meta-analysis.

Morgenrot’s M:CPP (Computing Power Pool) cloud GPU service provided the equipment and performance necessary to fuel this intensive job.
